Get natural energy from green tea with a teapot set sketch.

Lean into natural energy

As the days grow longer in April, leaning into natural energy is more than appropriate. Green tea has a reasonable amount of theine, the caffeine in tea, to keep your energy subtle without crashing. Add matcha to your latte or smoothie, or use gunpowder green tea for your mint iced tea.

I have also lately enjoyed plain Sencha green tea that has plenty of L-theanine, which is an amino acid that eases stress and anxiety, to name a few benefits of green tea.

Enjoy the season

Nature has a surprising way to lighten the mood, especially in the springtime. Seize the moment and visit beautiful parks or wander in the forest so as not to miss the blossoming trees. Cherries and blooming apple trees are my favourites. Tell me what yours are by commenting below this post!

Benefit from Nature

The springtime is the moment to expand your pantry to the forest and start foraging, which is one of the most beautiful natural lifestyle habits.

Simple things to forage this season are the wood sorrels that are abundant and easy to recognize, and super simple to add to salads or make wild pesto out of.

Another everyday plant is stinging nettle, which you can definitely spot everywhere you go! Just use gloves to avoid the sting and focus on the small leaves that are growing far from the main roads and composts to avoid the accumulated nitrates.

Expand your herb garden

The sun starts to be sufficient for the plants, and the small seedlings crave to be pricked out and planted in the bigger pots to get more living space and energy.

Tend your garden of herbs to enjoy teas (hot or iced!) and delicious meals throughout the whole summer.

Move in the nature

Elevate your day with a walk in the silence of nature. Deep forests are still waking up, and the tiny spruce shoots and leaves are sprouting. Pause to listen to the soundworld of nature and embrace the peace and strength it gives to those who enter.
