The recipes of the Blue Tea Tile blog are filled with a cultural mixture of Moroccan Recipes and Nordic Recipes, so you can find here amazing Moroccan flavors and some Nordic simplicity too! In the recipes, we use plenty of semolina, almonds, and dairy. Sometimes dairy is not your friend or (as in our household) you are out of milk because you don’t have a cow in your backyard so look for my lovely dairy-free recipes without compromising the flavor!

All the recipes are made and tested several times in our cultural kitchen and if you have a little chef at home, look for the Little Helper header at the end of every post to get some tips on how to cook with tiny children with you in the kitchen. While cooking, put the kettle on and sip with us some Moroccan Mint Tea ♡
