March Bucket List: Natural Awakening
March is the time when nature starts to slowly wake up. This is the moment to continue your garden plans and sow some seeds indoors, especially if you are in the northern hemisphere, where the summer and growing season are short.

I have gathered for you natural lifestyle inspiration in seasonal bucket lists that I am publishing monthly. You can join the email list to get them in your inbox when they are published, or read here the ones that have already been published:

Create natural crafts for Easter
Easter is just around the corner, so preparing with the seasonal decorations that are natural and homemade is the best I know.
Tea is one natural way to dye the egg shells by immersing them in strong tea overnight to get the natural hues. I shared tips first on the weekly broadcast. You can subscribe to Natural Lifestyle Letters to get the DIYs and Natural Lifestyle inspiration directly in your inbox on Thursdays.

Become a tea master
Now, as March is Caffeine Awareness Month, tea and herbal teas are a good option because they generally contain less theine (caffeine in tea) than coffee, for example.
If you have not yet tried winter tea blends, this is your moment to mix and match things in your pantry for new flavours. Shake up the traditional Earl Grey and make your own tea blends this month!

It’s natural spring clean time
One of the best physical activities this time of the year that makes the head clear is a good spring cleaning.
If you need a good, deep cleaning plan, I have a solution for you: the full Natural Deep Cleaning guide + checklists, which you can find in the Boutique.
Nature awakes
March is the time between winter and springtime. It is the magical door into the era of awaking nature, and the first sprouts and buds that are enjoying the warming sun, though the snow is not completely gone yet. Listen to the rhythm of the natural world and notice the sudden changes of the season. Let it give you new, undescribable energy.

Natural energy
Pause for a moment and let the sunbeams warm your face and hands to give you more energy. A walk outside next to a field or a seashore with a diret sunlight will wipe away all the traces of the cold winter.
Natural ways to balance energy
Herb garden starts here!
When it is still too cold outside to cultivate, you can start the growing season indoors.
Some plants need a cold treatment to grow; some can be started right away, and you can enjoy herbs and vegetables already through summer until fall and frost.

Set up the season right
Be ready for the growing season. Wash and maintain any gardening tools and pots for the new season. I know there are some left unwashed after last season, I have always, so now it is a good time to take care of that before April comes.
