Simply Living Well
Natural lifestyle
Simply Living Well by Julia Watkins is the ideal companion for those seeking a low-waste home and a more natural lifestyle. Julia describes that she wants this to be the book your grandmother could have given you, full of tips, recipes, and remedies, and that is what Simply Living Well is all about. Written with warmth, this is a good guide for a starter and those who have already dabbled in the natural lifestyle.
Simple matters: living with less and ending up more
SIMPLE LIVING
Simple Matters offers gentle, practical reflections on living well with less. Through personal essays and everyday guidance, Erin Boyle explores how small, intentional choices—at home and in consumption—can lead to a more sustainable and meaningful life. Through personal essays and hands-on advice, the book reminds us that having less can create more: more time, more ease, and more room for what truly matters.

The 12 Week Year
Effective Goal setting
The 12 Week Year by Moran and Lennington is a simply amazing framework to switch from yearly goals into 12 week goals. Shorter period goals do work! A shorter period is simpler to control, manage, and track, so that you are on the path you want. I have used this to build habits and learn new skills to embrace the balanced, natural lifestyle that I love.
Wild Tea
Foraging and tea
This is one of the best herbal tea books I know. As a reference and recipe book, the Wild Tea is amazing. It is written with a chatty style by two gentlemen, Nick and Rich. They are called The Two Thirsty Gardeners, too! With these guys, you learn what plants to blend to make amazing tea blends, how to do plant-based milk to mix with your brews, the basics for brewing and drying, and the rules for foraging.

Stuff Every Tea Lover Should Know
Tea and infusions
For all tea novices who want to learn ALL about tea in a small, digestible size, Stuff Every Tea Lover Should Know is your new best friend. It’s the best tea book at home and on the road; this tiny one fits nicely into a purse or a pocket. My ultimate favourite book to pack on a trip for sure!
